Je suis, je suis

Je suis, je suis was inspired by a novelized version of the Dreyfus affair in France in the late 19th century. It made me think about the modern roots for European antisemitism in what we see in contemporary terrorist attacks. It has no rational explanation, it simply is. This work is mixed media on Tyvek, 48″ high x 120″ long. Techniques include woodprints, woodcuts,  block prints, stencils, and more. Made in 2015.
